Software reviews by someone who actually ran the software
Most reviews of business tools are written from the pricing page. This one isn’t.
We take a small number of tools, set them up properly, use them on real work, and write down what happened — including the parts that didn’t go well. Screenshots included, so you can check the reasoning instead of trusting the byline.
What you’ll find here
CRM, SEO and email tools for small teams. A deliberately narrow range. Nobody can genuinely test forty products, and sites that claim to are telling you something.
Setup times, not feature lists. How long it actually took, where it broke, what we couldn’t make it do.
The bad news too. A review that never disappoints is an advertisement.
First reviews coming soon
This site went live in September 2026. The first tool is being tested now — properly, which takes longer than reading a website.

Before you read anything here
This site earns commission when readers buy software through its links, at no extra cost to you. No vendor sees a review before it publishes or has any say in what it says. The full disclosure is here — read it first, then decide what our opinion is worth.
